Handcrafted orbs suspended in coastal rainforest
Three handcrafted spheres — Eryn, Melody and Luna — hang from ropes in a coastal rainforest near Qualicum Beach, swaying gently whenever the trees move. Inside is yacht-style joinery with a bed, seating and heat; everything else happens down the spiral stair on the forest floor. The catch: Adults-only, and no plumbing aloft — a composting-toilet outhouse sits at each sphere's base and the shower bathhouse is a 50 m walk away.
